Solution
Architecture before code
We started with a full technical due diligence of the legacy system, then designed the target architecture and a migration roadmap the client's own team could follow — sequenced so the platform never went dark.
One design system, two platforms
The new UX was researched, prototyped, and validated with existing users before a line of production code. A shared design system keeps web and mobile visually and behaviorally in sync.
Parallel-run migration
Old and new systems ran side by side with staged cutovers per feature, so real transactions were never at risk and rollback was always one switch away.
Handover that sticks
We finished with documentation, a development starter kit, and pairing sessions — the in-house team now ships on the new stack without us. That was the point.
