Every company has a culture. Some work on it, most don't. At Indent Studio we proved in the past 2 years, that with a highly professional company culture you can run a company:

We work to solve problems, not to dwell on them.
Feedback oriented
All employees receive constant feedback, and every 3 months we have a review meeting about the past 3 months.
Asynchronous work
Modern development tools allows us to work asynchronously and to be still highly effective. This means we have almost zero meetings, the tasks are in project management tools, daily communications are on discord (sometimes with video answers or in voice channels).
Remote work
We work remotely, but we offer an option to work in an office we rent.
Process oriented
If we do something 3 times, it should be a process. We write it down or automate it with scripts.
No bullshit
We don't tolerate bullshit, not within our team nor to our clients.
