What do you need?
This will be the first question we will ask you. Every project is different and we need to understand your specific needs and what goals you want to achieve.
First meeting
We will ask you a lot of questions about your product and what you need from us:
- rewrite or redesign an existing application?
- take over the development of an existing software?
- you have an idea?
- you need a prototype?
- you need consultants or designers?
Project kickoff
based on this we create your team and start setting up your project:
- designers
- developers
- architects
They all work together, to create the scope of your project, estimate and set up everything so the development can be fast (and furious).
Development kickoff
Development starts. It's important to us, that you'll be able to see and test the product from week 1 of development and provide feedback for the team. Our developers make an effort to understand the whole product, so they'll ask questions if something is not clear for them.
Development is finished
During development we'll setup everything to make the product release automated.
We can continue to work together if you choose:
- we can support your software or develop more features
- we can handover the project to your in house developers (it will be easy, we document everything)
- we can help you interview candidates if you are building your own team
